Description

The recalled lawn tractors were sold under the MURRAY® and STANLEY® brand names and have 38-, 40-, 42-, 46-, and 52-inch cutting decks. The brand name is printed on the front or side of the lawn tractor and the model number can be found on a nameplate under the seat. Hazards

The fuel tank can crack and leak fuel, posing a burn and fire hazard to consumers.

Reported injuries

Murray has received 101 reports of fuel tanks leaking. No injuries have been reported.

Remedy

Consumers should stop using these lawn tractors immediately and discard or destroy the product. The firm is out of business and a remedy is no longer available.
