Description
The products are two hard balls meant to produce a snapping or popping sound when hit together. Each package contains a pair of blaster balls that are about 1.25 inches in diameter and were sold in assorted colors. They were sold in a blister pack that measured about 6.75 inches by 5 inches, with a UPC number located on the back of package reading 3826959035.
Hazards
When the blaster balls are hit together, they can produce a spark that can catch on fire, posing a risk of burn injuries to consumers.
Reported injuries
BJ Alan Co. has received reports of three incidents. One incident resulted in minor burns to fingers.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact BJ Alan Co. for a replacement product.
