Description
The recall involves the Weil-McLain Model 80, 88, 94, and LGB Packaged Commercial Boilers built from December 1, 2005 through October 26, 2006. The model information is written on a name plate or rating label on the front blue sheet metal jacket panels.
Hazards
The boiler assembly is not properly sealed. Exhaust and carbon monoxide (CO) can leak during operation and accumulate, posing a risk of poisoning.
Reported injuries
None reported.
Remedy
Weil-McLain has directly notified all customers with recalled boilers and is providing a repair free of charge.
